On Maturity Periods in Instalment Sales

Dear Members,

Under the regulation issued by the Ministry of Trade, the instalment periods to be applied to instalment sales of goods and services other than housing sales have been redetermined.

Accordingly, the instalment periods for other sales methods, such as sales by promissory note, apart from sales made by credit card, shopping loan and consumer financing as determined by the Banking Regulation and Supervision Agency (BDDK), have been regulated by the Ministry of Trade.

Details of the determined instalment periods are attached and are presented for the information of our members.
