How to apply
After the application, a panel of experts visits your workplace. The report is valid for two years.
Capacity Report Applications
All applications related to the capacity report (initial capacity, renewal, amendment) are made through the Industry Information System (SBS), the web-based application of the Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges of Türkiye. You can access the system at https://sanayi.org.tr/#/.
Applications are made via e-Devlet by the company partners and persons authorized to represent and/or sign recorded in our Chamber's registry database, or by the relevant persons designated by the company. Other personnel and persons specially assigned to follow up an application may apply to the Secretariat General of our Chamber with a letter of authorization.

Documents to Be Uploaded to the SBS for a Capacity Report Application
- List of machinery and equipment owned by the company at the workplace (certified by a sworn-in certified public accountant/certified public accountant) and its total value on the balance sheet — single PDF
- SGK insured service list (last 1 month) — single PDF
- Proof of ownership: Title deed/OIZ title deed (or title allocation) or lease agreement — single PDF
- Tax Plate
- Industrial Registry Certificate (if available)
- Trademark registration, quality certificates/certifications (if available)
- For production using a subcontractor: subcontractor agreement, subcontractor SGK list, signature circulars of the parties — single PDF (if applicable)
- Lease agreement and signature circulars of the parties for leased machinery and equipment — single PDF (if applicable)
- For machinery and equipment acquired through leasing: leasing agreement, proforma invoice and payment plan — a separate PDF set for each agreement (if applicable)
- Accounting records showing actual production/consumption quantities for the last 2 years — where required
Other Additional Documents Required for Specific Manufacturing Activities
- Letter of undertaking for industrial food producers
- Copy of the dealership agreement and certificate of authorization for authorized car repair/maintenance services
- Mining license for mines; royalty agreement if leased (royalty arrangement)
- For producers of lubricating oil and grease: Annex A Production Competency Assessment Form certified by a sworn-in certified public accountant and Fire Department Fire Compliance Report

Why Should a Capacity Report Be Obtained?
A capacity report is required for the following documents/procedures and industry-specific practices:

- Inward Processing Permit Certificate
- Temporary Admission Permit Certificate and commitment closure procedures
- Industrial Registry Certificate (discounted electricity/natural gas tariffs)
- Various import/export procedures
- Public and private tenders
- Domestic/international credit guarantees
- Participation in domestic/international fairs
- Procurement of quota-based raw materials
- Obtaining a manufacturer's certificate
- Tax audits and public audits
It is also essential data for the country's industrial inventory and mobilization plans and programs.
