Certificate of Activity

Official Certificate of Activity for Public Institutions and Private Organizations

How to apply

If you request it online, the document will be sent to your e-mail with an electronic signature. You can also obtain it from the front desk at the Chamber.

About the Certificate of Activity

Member companies of our Chamber may request a Certificate of Activity to submit to public institutions or private organizations.

The Certificate of Activity contains the company's title, field of activity, capital, Trade Registry and Chamber Registry numbers, registration date and MERSİS information.

Application Process

  • Applications are made verbally.
  • If a "stamped chamber registration copy stating that there is no ban on participation in public tenders" is required, this should be indicated to the staff member in charge.
  • The procedure is subject to a fee and the place of application is the Chamber Registry Directorate.

Preparation of Documents in a Foreign Language

Upon request, the Certificate of Activity can also be prepared in a foreign language.

  • First, the Turkish copy is obtained
  • Then, its notarized translation is submitted to our Chamber together with a petition
  • The copy issued in a foreign language is also subject to a fee
  • Procedures are carried out by the Chamber Registry Directorate
