Certified Copies of Gazette Issues in Trade Registry Files

About Copies of the Trade Registry Gazette

Companies registered with our Chamber may, if they wish, obtain certified copies of the issues of the Turkish Trade Registry Gazette contained in their trade registry files.

Application and Procedure

  • Applications are made verbally
  • The procedure is subject to a fee
  • Place of application: Trade Registry Directorate

Information

Pursuant to the Turkish Commercial Code, information that is registered in the trade registry and must be announced is published through the Turkish Trade Registry Gazette.

The Gazette also carries commercial announcements from courts, public institutions and bankruptcy offices. Announcement fees are determined with the approval of the Ministry of Trade.

You can obtain past pages of the Turkish Trade Registry Gazette online by logging in 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, with an e-signature or via e-Devlet.
