MERSIS (Central Registry Recording System)
MERSİS is a digital system that enables company incorporation, amendment and trade registry procedures to be carried out electronically.
The system can be accessed online at https://mersis.gtb.gov.tr/.
The MERSİS system was developed within the scope of the Information Society Strategy and Action Plan and aims to collect information on legal entities in a single centre.
Thanks to MERSİS, companies' trade registry records are kept electronically, and updates can be made instantly.
