Our Services
1. Mediation
An alternative dispute resolution method in which the parties in dispute negotiate on equal terms with the assistance of a mediator and try to solve their problems together.
- It is a confidential, voluntary, out-of-court and amicable process.
- It aims to identify the issues, remove misunderstandings and discover solutions.
2. Arbitration
A method in which the parties in dispute finally resolve the conflict existing between them, instead of through the courts, by means of private individuals of their own choosing known as "arbitrators".
- It is a fast and economical adjudication process based on the will of the parties, in which confidentiality is the basic principle.
- It aims to render a swift and binding decision on the merits of the dispute.
3. Mediation-Arbitration (MED-ARB)
A method that combines elements of mediation and arbitration. It aims to render a binding decision on the dispute if the parties fail to reach an agreement in the mediation process.
- The process begins with the assistance of an impartial mediator.
- If no agreement is reached, the process moves on to arbitration, in which an impartial arbitrator gives the final decision.
Advantages of the Alternative Dispute Resolution Method
- It is faster than going through the courts.
- It is more economical and less costly than going through the courts.
- The process proceeds in line with the wishes of the parties.
- Because the principle of confidentiality applies during the resolution process, relations between the parties continue into the future without being damaged.
- The decision reached at the end of the process is final and binding, and is equivalent to a court judgment.
Mediation is a win-win method. It also contributes to social peace.
