An information meeting was held under the chairmanship of Bartın Governor Dr. Nurtaç Arslan on the results of the project entitled "Tourism-Oriented Determination of Routes of the Bartın River Suitable for Water Sports", supported by the West Black Sea Development Agency under the 2024 Tourism Support Program.

An information meeting was held under the chairmanship of Bartın Governor Dr. Nurtaç Arslan on the results of the project entitled "Tourism-Oriented Determination of Routes of the Bartın River Suitable for Water Sports", supported by the West Black Sea Development Agency under the 2024 Tourism Support Program.

At the meeting, in a presentation by the Vice President of the Turkish Canoe Federation, which carried out the site survey studies, information was given on the suitability of the Bartın River for water sports and on the infrastructure work and arrangements required to develop water sports activities.
