Bartın TSO March Ordinary Assembly Meeting Held

The March Ordinary Assembly Meeting of the Bartın Chamber of Commerce and Industry was held under the chairmanship of Assembly President Hüseyin Çalıkoğlu. At the meeting, which began with Çalıkoğlu’s opening speech, Bartın TSO Chairman of the Board Halil Balık provided the assembly members with comprehensive information about the activities and projects carried out by the Chamber.

In his speech, Chairman Halil Balık stated that Bartın TSO continues with determination its initiatives aimed at meeting the needs of its members and contributing to the development of the province’s business community. He underlined that efforts to strengthen the Chamber’s institutional capacity, increase the competitiveness of members in national and international markets, and add value to the local economy continue steadily. In this context, he noted that digitalization, training programs tailored to members’ needs, sectoral collaborations and projects aimed at improving the investment environment are among the priority agenda items.

Recalling that the iftar programs organized by Bartın TSO during the month of Ramadan were successfully completed, Balık said that these gatherings took place with great interest from the members. He stated that the programs, which offered an important opportunity for business community representatives to come together, also contributed to establishing direct communication with members, assessing the current situation of the sectors and strengthening a shared vision.

After the items on the agenda were discussed and decided upon, the meeting concluded with the wishes and suggestions section, in which the contributions and proposals of the members were shared.
