Bartın TSO Gathers with Its Members in the Ulus District at an Iftar Dinner
The iftar dinner held at Ulus Doğa Park Otel was attended by Abdipaşa Mayor Yaşar Dönmez, District Mufti Mahmut Yegin, Chairman of the Bartın Chamber of Commerce and Industry Halil Balık, Assembly Speaker Hüseyin Çalıkoğlu, Vice Chairman of the Board Keramettin Şenkal, Board Treasurer Hasan Ufuk, Board Members Necati Sandıkcı, Sertaç Şimşek and Yücel Oğullar, as well as Bartın TSO Assembly Members and Chamber members.
Addressing the participants at the iftar dinner, Chairman Halil Balık said: "Welcome to the iftar program organized by our Chamber. On behalf of the assembly and the board, I greet you with respect. I pray to Almighty God that the blessed month of Ramadan brings goodness, abundance and blessings to our country, our nation and the entire Islamic world. The month of Ramadan is an exceptional period in which our unity and solidarity are strengthened and the finest examples of mutual aid and solidarity are displayed. We are happy to come together on this meaningful day. Esteemed guests, since the day we took office, wherever our members have needed us, we have offered you innovations and opportunities within the means and authority granted by our state. We have sought to serve our members and our province, to find solutions to your problems and difficulties, and to make our common sense and common voice heard in investments concerning our province, and we will continue to do so. We are always ready to make the best use of local potential and to provide maximum contribution for our members who add value to the economy of Ulus. Together, we will continue to move forward toward a stronger, more productive and more successful Bartın. On this occasion, I pray to my Lord that our earnings be abundant and that our acts of worship and prayers be accepted. I thank you for joining our iftar table, and on behalf of myself and the Bartın Chamber of Commerce and Industry, I greet you all with respect and affection."
As part of the event, Chairman Balık continued consultations with the members and informed them about the Chamber's activities and projects. Balık stressed that, by listening to the members' questions and receiving their suggestions, they are determined to build a stronger future together, and that plans shaped by the members' contributions and views are the key element of success.
