KOSGEB Support Programs Information Meeting Held at Bartın TSO

An information meeting on KOSGEB support programs for SMEs was held, hosted by the Bartın Chamber of Commerce and Industry.

At the meeting held by KOSGEB Bartın Provincial Director Gökhan Akdağoğlu, participants were given comprehensive information about the Capacity Development Support Program and the Employment Protection Support Program that businesses can benefit from. Within the scope of the program, a project writing training was also held.

Capacity Development Support Program

At the meeting, it was stated that the KOSGEB Capacity Development Support Program aims to support SMEs' scale-up investments, digital transformation investments and investments for developing the suppliers of large enterprises, aimed at increasing their efficiency, resilience, production capacity, market size and institutional capacity.

The sectors supported under the programme include C – Manufacturing, 61 – Telecommunications, 62 – Computer programming, consultancy and related activities, 63 – Information infrastructure, data processing, hosting and related activities and 72 – Scientific research and development activities.

Under the programme, loan support of between TRY 1 million and TRY 30 million is provided per enterprise; it was stated that the maximum loan maturity to be supported is 36 months and that 20 points of repayment-free support is available.

It was reminded that the final application deadline is 15 September 2026 for the Capacity Development Support Programme.

Employment Protection Support Programme

At the information meeting, participants were also informed about the Employment Protection Support Programme.

It was stated that the programme aims at protecting and increasing employment in enterprises operating in the manufacturing industry. It was noted that enterprises in NACE Section C – Manufacturing Sector can benefit from the support.

It was conveyed that under the programme, support of up to TRY 50 million for SMEs and up to TRY 150 million for large enterprises may be provided.

It was announced that applications for the Employment Protection Support Programme will be accepted between 1 September and 31 October 2026, and that loans under the support may be used until 31 December 2026.
