The programme was held with the contribution of Assoc. Prof. Dr. Ahmet Aslan, a faculty member at Bartın University, and addressed the sustainable tourism approach, examples of good practice in the sector, and key topics aimed at improving the competitiveness of businesses. The training aimed to contribute to the transformation processes of businesses operating in the tourism sector and to support them in developing strong strategies for the future.
In the programme, which attracted great interest from participants, the economic, environmental and social contributions that sustainable tourism practices will bring to businesses were comprehensively assessed. The programme, moderated by Eyüp Sabri Kundak, was also made available to Bartın University students via Zoom, thereby reaching a wider audience. The programme contributed to the development of young people's entrepreneurial vision, to bringing together academic studies in the field of tourism and sectoral practices, and to the emergence of new sustainability-oriented ideas.
