Winter Boot Support for 510 Students from Bartın TSO

As part of its social responsibility activities in the field of education, the Bartın Chamber of Commerce and Industry provided winter boots to students in need. Within the framework of the education assistance project, implemented with the support of the President of the World Chambers Federation and of the Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges of Türkiye (TOBB), Mr. M. Rifat Hisarcıklıoğlu, winter boots were delivered to 510 students in need studying in central Bartın and its districts.

The boot deliveries of the project, carried out in cooperation with the Bartın Provincial Directorate of National Education and the district directorates of national education, began at Cumhuriyet School. The project aimed to contribute to meeting the students' basic needs during the winter months and to help them continue their education under better conditions.

Acting on the understanding that education is one of the fundamental elements of social development and an investment in the future, Bartın TSO, through this support, contributed to children's educational journeys while also taking the lead in strengthening social solidarity.

Commenting on the matter, Halil Balık, Chairman of the Board of the Bartın Chamber of Commerce and Industry, drew attention to the importance of support for education and made the following remarks:

"It is of great importance to us to contribute to our students being able to continue their education under better conditions and to having their needs met. Education is the most valuable investment that can be made in the future of our society. With this understanding, we place importance on contributing to the education of the children in our region and standing by them.

We extend our thanks to the World Chambers Federation and to our TOBB President, Mr. M. Rifat Hisarcıklıoğlu, who contributed to the realization of this meaningful support. We also thank the Bartın Provincial Directorate of National Education and our district directorates of national education, who did not withhold their cooperation and support in carrying out the project. We believe that such initiatives, which contribute to the needs of our children, will add value to our future by strengthening social solidarity."
