"Effective Communication Skills" Training by Bartın TSO
In cooperation between the Bartın Chamber of Commerce and Industry and Bartın University, an "Effective Communication Skills" training was organized to help members and prospective entrepreneurs acquire more effective communication skills in business life.
The training program, delivered with the contribution of Prof. Dr. Özge Özgür, Head of the Department of Social Work at Bartın University and Director of the Vocational School of Health Services, was planned within the scope of the Bartın Provincial Action Plan for the Empowerment of Women, in connection with the work carried out under the responsibility of the Women Entrepreneurs Board operating within the Chamber.
The training aimed to support women's entrepreneurship, strengthen the effective representation of women in business life and contribute to the development of communication skills.
The training, held at the service building of the Bartın Chamber of Commerce and Industry, saw strong participation from Mine Fırıncıoğlu, Chair of the Bartın Women Entrepreneurs Board, and board members; Hüseyin Alp Akın, Chair of the TOBB Bartın Young Entrepreneurs Board; Ertunç Ülkü, Acting Provincial Director of Trade; Chamber members; and university students.
The training program continued with sessions moderated by Eyüp Sabri Kundak, and was simultaneously made available to university students via the Zoom platform. In this way, a broader audience was reached.
In the training, which attracted great interest from participants, comprehensive information was shared on topics such as effective communication techniques, the use of body language, empathy and proper communication strategies in business life. The program concluded after a question-and-answer session.
