The Bartın Chamber of Commerce and Industry supported the **20th International Congress on Research in Education (ICRE 2025)**, organized by the International Association of Educational Researchers (ULEAD) and hosted by Bartın University. At the congress, where scientific studies, innovative approaches and international collaborations in the field of education were addressed, a plaque of appreciation was presented to the President of the Board of Bartın TSO, Halil Balık, in recognition of his contributions.

Making remarks about the congress, the President of the Board of Bartın TSO, Halil Balık, said the following:

“Having such a comprehensive and international education congress held in our province is a great source of pride for us. Education and research are cornerstones not only of the academic world but also of economic and social development. As the business community, we need qualified human resources, innovative ideas and scientific output more than ever. As Bartın TSO, we attach importance to maintaining our strong cooperation with our university and supporting work in the field of education. We believe that this congress will make valuable contributions to our young people and to the future of our city.”

The Bartın Chamber of Commerce and Industry continues its efforts aimed at strengthening university–industry cooperation by contributing to academic and scientific activities in the region.
