The Eastern Mediterranean International Tourism and Travel Fair (EMITT), one of the largest tourism fairs in the world and held for the 28th time this year, took place from 5 to 7 February 2025 at the Istanbul TÜYAP Fair and Congress Centre.

The Eastern Mediterranean International Tourism and Travel Fair (EMITT), one of the largest tourism fairs in the world and held for the 28th time this year, took place from 5 to 7 February 2025 at the Istanbul TÜYAP Fair and Congress Centre. The fair was attended by Halil Balık, President of the Bartın Chamber of Commerce and Industry, Assembly Member Okay Güldal, Secretary General Ahmet İncekara and Chamber Advisor Eyüp Sabri Kundak. Within the scope of the fair, which hosted more than 400 guests from nearly 60 countries, important contacts were made with industry leaders in order to support the development of Bartın's tourism. In the meetings held to promote Bartın's unique natural and cultural riches internationally and to establish strong partnerships in the tourism sector, cooperation opportunities were assessed to further advance the city's tourism potential.
