Western Black Sea Development Agency (BAKKA) Board of Directors Meeting Held at the Provincial Gendarmerie Command Social Facilities

At the meeting, strategic issues, institutional development activities, financial and technical support, and results-oriented program activities were discussed. While the 2024 activities and budget results were evaluated, information was provided on the projects supported under the 2024 Social Development Support Program (SOGEP) and the Anadoludakiler Program, implemented under the coordination of the Ministry of Industry and Technology. Furthermore, preparations for SOGEP 2025, technical support projects and the support programs planned for implementation in 2025 were addressed.

The meeting was attended by Osman Hacıbektaşoğlu, Governor of Zonguldak and Chairman of the Board; Board Members Dr. Nurtaç Arslan, Governor of Bartın; Mustafa Yavuz, Governor of Karabük; Muhammed Rıza Yalçınkaya, Mayor of Bartın; Tahsin Erdem, Mayor of Zonguldak; Halil Balık, President of Bartın TSO; Fatih Çapraz, President of Karabük TSO; Mehmet Çetinkaya, Acting Secretary General of the Agency; and Agency staff.
