The Price Research Commission met at Bartın TSO to determine the unit prices per square metre of land requested by public institutions. At the meeting, market conditions, the locations of the plots, environmental factors and current prices were evaluated in detail. The purpose of the meeting was stated as establishing a fair and up-to-date pricing policy and safeguarding the public interest. The decisions taken at the end of the meeting will be reported to the relevant institutions, and the necessary steps are planned to be taken to continue the official procedures.
