A consultation meeting was held at Bartın TSO within the scope of the KOSGEB Capacity Development Support Program (2026/1)
An evaluation meeting was held at the Bartın Chamber of Commerce and Industry to hold consultations within the scope of the KOSGEB Capacity Development Support Program.
The presentation on the scope of the program and the application process was delivered by Gökhan Akdağoğlu, KOSGEB Bartın Provincial Director. In the presentation, comprehensive information was shared on the purpose of the Capacity Development Support Program carried out within the 1st Application Period of 2026, its support components, financing model, eligible sectors and evaluation process.
It was conveyed that, within the scope of the program, financing is provided for businesses' investments in machinery and equipment, software, personnel, service procurement and working capital needs, and that 20 percentage points of interest/profit share support is offered for a loan with an upper limit of TL 20 million and a 36-month term per business.
It was emphasized that the program aims to increase the productivity and resilience of SMEs, improve production capacity and market size, support scale-up investments, and contribute to the development of firms in the supply chains of large enterprises.
While it was stated that applications will be accepted between 3 and 28 February 2026, businesses that will apply must:
C – Manufacturing
61 – Telecommunications
62 – Computer programming, consultancy and related activities
63 – Information infrastructure, data processing, hosting and other information service activities
72 – Scientific research and development activities
It was recalled that enterprises must operate in these sectors, be registered and active in the KOSGEB Database, have an up-to-date business declaration, hold the status of a small or medium-sized enterprise (SME), operate as a limited or joint-stock company, and meet the fast-growing enterprise criteria.
