Consultation Meeting Held within the Scope of the Vocational Schools Education Cooperation Protocol

A consultation meeting was held at the Bartın Chamber of Commerce and Industry to evaluate the activities carried out within the scope of the Vocational Schools Education Cooperation Protocol signed between the Council of Higher Education and the Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges of Türkiye, and to improve cooperation processes.

At the meeting, the activities carried out at the vocational school within the scope of the protocol were discussed, and issues were evaluated concerning the internship practices students will undertake during their education and training, the development of their professional skills, and the training of a qualified workforce in line with the needs of the business community.

At the meeting, where the importance of strengthening cooperation between the university and the business community was emphasized, views were exchanged on strengthening the link between education and employment, supporting students in gaining professional experience, and developing joint efforts addressing the needs of the sector.

The Bartın Chamber of Commerce and Industry continues to contribute to efforts aimed at developing university–industry cooperation and bringing vocational education into closer alignment with the needs of the business community.
