Level 5 Responsible Real Estate Consultant MYK Exam Held
In cooperation between the Bartın Chamber of Commerce and Industry and TOBB MEYBEM A.Ş., the Level 5 Responsible Real Estate Consultant exam, within the scope of the "Vocational Qualification Certification Exams", was held at the service building of the Bartın Chamber of Commerce and Industry.
In cooperation between the Bartın Chamber of Commerce and Industry and TOBB MEYBEM A.Ş., within the scope of the "Vocational Qualification Certification Exams", the Responsible Real Estate Consultant Level 5 exam was held at the service building of the Bartın Chamber of Commerce and Industry.
In connection with the Responsible Real Estate Consultancy profession, which falls within the scope of mandatory vocational qualification certificates, Nuray Abbas, an assessor of TOBB MEYBEM, gave a briefing to 7 participants prior to the examination. The briefing provided detailed explanations on the Regulation on Real Estate Trade, the Vocational Qualification Certification System in Türkiye and the Certificate of Authorization.
In the information section, which addressed the concepts of the Authorization Certificate and the Vocational Qualification Certificate introduced with the Real Estate Trade Regulation, the effects of the certificate requirement on real estate websites were also shared with the participants. The program concluded with a question-and-answer session.
Following the information session, the Responsible Real Estate Consultant Level 5 VQA Exam was held in two stages, written and practical, by TOBB MEYBEM assessor Tülay Gök, under the coordination of Bartın TSO MEYBEM officer Emre Türk.
Candidates who succeed in the written and performance exams will be entitled to receive a Vocational Qualification Certificate.
