We would like to thank the administration of Zonguldak Bülent Ecevit University, particularly Rector Prof. Dr. İsmail Hakkı Özölçer, for the honorary doctorate awarded to Mr. M. Rifat Hisarcıklıoğlu, President of the Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges of Türkiye (TOBB) and President of the World Chambers Federation.

At this meaningful ceremony, our Chamber was represented by Halil Balık, Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Bartın Chamber of Commerce and Industry, Hüseyin Çalıkoğlu, Chairman of the Assembly, Ahmet İncekara, Secretary General, and Mine Fırıncıoğlu, Chair of the Women Entrepreneurs Board.
