Applications for the 2026 Social Entrepreneurship Financial Support Programme Have Begun
The 2026 Social Entrepreneurship Financial Support Programme has been announced by the Western Black Sea Development Agency (BAKKA) in order to contribute to strengthening the social entrepreneurship ecosystem in the Western Black Sea Region and to creating a more sustainable environment for civil society and non-state actors.
The following may apply to the Programme:
- Foundations operating as social enterprises or wishing to move into social entrepreneurship (excluding associations and Social Assistance and Solidarity Foundations),
- Cooperatives (excluding construction, motor transport, real estate, insurance, housing complex management and freight cooperatives, as well as tradesmen and craftsmen credit and guarantee cooperatives),
- Producer unions operating under Law No. 5200,
- Social enterprises

The applicant's headquarters or legal branch must be registered in one of the provinces of Bartın, Karabük or Zonguldak, located in the TR81 Western Black Sea Region. In addition, applications from associations and foundations whose headquarters are located outside the region are also accepted, provided that they establish a social enterprise in the region.
