Regarding the purchase of Turkish Flags for use in the 23 April National Sovereignty and Children's Day celebrations.

Turkish Flags will be purchased by our Chamber for use in the 23 April National Sovereignty and Children's Day celebrations.

In this context, price quotations excluding VAT and sample flags, prepared in accordance with the conditions specified below, must be submitted to our Chamber in a sealed envelope by 17:30 on Monday, 13 April 2026.

The quotations will be evaluated on the same day, and the company whose quotation is found suitable will be notified. The selected company is required to deliver the flags in full to the Bartın TSO service building no later than 16:30 on Monday, 20 April 2026.

If any difference is found between the submitted sample and the products to be delivered, the relevant quotation will be deemed invalid and the products will not be accepted.

Note: The technical conditions and details of the quotation are set out in the quotation document attached.
