About the Filigree Course

Within the scope of the Provincial Action Plan for the Empowerment of Women, a Filigree Course for housewives will be implemented under the coordination of the Bartın Chamber of Commerce and Industry Women Entrepreneurs Board, in cooperation with KOSGEB, BAKKA, the Bartın OSB Directorate, the Provincial Directorate of National Education and the Provincial Directorate of Culture and Tourism.

The course will start on February 9, 2026, and the training sessions will be held in the Training Hall of the Provincial Directorate of Culture and Tourism.

Within the training program, participants will be taught not only the art of filigree; in order to turn production into economic value,

Financial literacy

E-commerce and digital marketing

Entrepreneurship

Tax and social security legislation

Commercial contracts and law of obligations

will also be covered with information and guidance.

The program is completely free of charge.

Applications are being accepted through the e-YAYGIN system.

We invite all housewives who wish to turn their handicraft into income to apply to our program.
