On the Closing of Export Declarations

Dear Member,

With reference to the letter of the Ministry of Trade forwarded by the Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges of Türkiye;

It has been announced that, in order to meet requests relating to export and related customs procedures until the end of 31 March 2026, all necessary measures, including overtime work, will be taken at customs administrations.

In this regard, so that procedures relating to export declarations are not disrupted and processes can be completed on time, it is important that our companies concerned finalize their procedures within the deadline and in full.

A copy of the letter sent to the Regional Directorates of Customs and Foreign Trade on this matter is attached.

We submit this for the information of our members who have export transactions.
