Announcement on the Closure of Export Declarations

Subject: Closure of Export Declarations

In order to achieve our country's export targets, it is important that the closing procedures for export declarations be completed without delay.

In this context, arrangements have been made so that the necessary measures are taken to carry out exports and the related customs procedures without any disruption until the end of 30 September 2026, and the relevant customs administrations are kept open for as long as the procedures require.

In order to prevent any disruption to exports and related customs procedures;

  • Export declarations being registered within the prescribed period,
  • All customs procedures of registered export declarations, including inspection procedures, being completed promptly,
  • Matters that may cause delays in declaration closing processes being resolved urgently,
  • All relevant stakeholders showing the necessary diligence so that export procedures can be completed quickly and effectively

are important.

Our members are kindly requested not to delay declaration registration and closing processes in the export transactions they will carry out until the end of 30 September 2026, to complete the necessary procedures on time, and to act in coordination with the relevant customs administrations.
