A letter providing information on the “Candidate Pool System”, developed by the Turkish Employment Agency (İŞKUR) for employers seeking personnel, was forwarded to our Chamber through the Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges of Türkiye (TOBB).
Under the new application, employers can access candidates with the qualifications they need through the Candidate Pool System without posting a job advertisement. By offering the ability to filter by many criteria such as occupation, educational background, certificates, language skills, age and province of employment, the system makes it possible to reach suitable candidates more quickly and effectively.
Thanks to the Candidate Pool System, employers can conduct detailed searches for candidates who have received vocational training, hold a vocational qualification certificate, can benefit from employment incentives, are social assistance recipients or receive unemployment benefits, and can create occupation-based candidate pools.
