Webinar on Individual Provisional Registrations under KKDİK (6 April 2026)

Pursuant to the letter forwarded to our Chamber by the Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges of Türkiye;

Within the framework of the work carried out under the KKDİK Regulation on the Registration, Evaluation, Authorisation and Restriction of Chemicals, various consultation mechanisms are operated in order to convey the views of the private sector to policy and implementation processes.

In line with the decision taken at the Chemicals Advisory Group meetings, due to difficulties experienced in determining the lead company, provisional registration processes may be carried out individually, and the final application deadline has been set as 30 September 2026.

In this context, in cooperation between the General Directorate of Environmental Management of the Ministry of Environment, Urbanisation and Climate Change of the Republic of Türkiye and TOBB;
