Announcement on the Tender for the Lviv Surgical Hospital Public-Private Partnership Project
Under the letter dated 8 October 2026 received from the Kyiv Commercial Counsellor's Office, information has been provided regarding the Lviv Surgical Hospital Public-Private Partnership (PPP) Project, planned to be implemented in the city of Lviv, Ukraine.
In cooperation with the Lviv City Council and the International Finance Corporation (IFC), a member of the World Bank Group, a Bidders' Conference will be held on 22 October 2026 at the Wyndham Grand Istanbul Hotel in Istanbul within the scope of the project.
At the conference, information will be given on the scope of the project, its legal and financial structure, prequalification criteria and the tender timetable. In addition, on Friday, 23 October 2026, one-to-one meetings will be held at the same venue between representatives of IFC and the Lviv Municipality and the relevant companies.

Companies wishing to attend the conference must confirm their attendance by 16 October 2026 via the e-mail address above, stating the names and titles of the participants.
Companies requesting a one-to-one meeting on 23 October must also indicate, when confirming attendance, their preferred one-hour meeting slot between 09:00 and 18:00.
