Chamber Election Petitions

Dear Member,

In order for companies that will vote in the Chamber elections to be held on 17 October 2026 to obtain their authorization certificates from the Trade Registry Directorate, they must submit a petition bearing the company stamp and a wet-ink signature. Sample petitions prepared according to individual or joint signatory authority are attached.

Note: Sole proprietorships do not need to obtain an authorization certificate in order to vote; they may vote on election day by presenting their original identity documents.
