Announcement Regarding the Public Property Allocation Specification for Tourism Investors 2026/1

In the letter sent to the Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges of Türkiye by the General Directorate of Investments and Enterprises of the Ministry of Industry and Technology of the Republic of Türkiye, information was provided on the "Public Property Allocation Specification for Tourism Investors 2026/1" prepared by the Ministry of Culture and Tourism of the Republic of Türkiye regarding public properties to be allocated to domestic and foreign entrepreneurs.

The specification, prepared within the scope of the Tourism Incentive Law No. 2634 dated 12/03/1982 and the Regulation on the Allocation of Public Properties to Tourism Investments, which entered into force upon publication in the Official Gazette No. 26235 dated 21/07/2006, was published on the official website of the Ministry of Culture and Tourism of the Republic of Türkiye on 30/04/2026.

It was announced that applications under the specification in question will end on 20/05/2026.
