Announcement on the Foreign Work Permit Exemption Application System

Subject: Foreign Application, Evaluation and Monitoring System (New Work Permit Exemption Application System)

In a notice issued by the General Directorate of International Labour Force of the Ministry of Labour and Social Security, it was announced that the “Foreigner Application, Evaluation and Monitoring System”, developed for the purpose of receiving, evaluating and concluding work permit exemption applications of foreigners, has been made available as of 16 September 2026.

Under the new system, work permit exemption applications can be submitted online.

Applications can be made through the relevant application system of the Ministry of Labour and Social Security, and the Turkish and English guides on the application procedures are attached.

It is important for our members to be informed about the new system and application procedures in their transactions concerning work permit exemption applications of foreigners.
