Announcement on the Foreign Work Permit Exemption Application System
Subject: Foreign Application, Evaluation and Monitoring System (New Work Permit Exemption Application System)
In a notice issued by the Ministry of Labour and Social Security (General Directorate of International Labour Force), it was announced that the “Foreigner Application, Evaluation and Monitoring System”, established for the purpose of receiving, evaluating and concluding work permit exemption applications of foreigners, has been made available as of 16 September 2026.
Accordingly, work permit exemption applications can be submitted online.
Applications can be made through the Work Permit Application System, and the Turkish and English guides on the application procedures are attached.
As the new system must be used for work permit exemption applications of foreigners, it is important for our members to take the relevant guides into account in their application and evaluation processes.
