On the Education Requirement Regulation for the Authorisation Certificate

With the "REGULATION AMENDING THE REGULATION ON THE TRADE OF MOTOR LAND VEHICLES", prepared by the Ministry of Trade of the Republic of Türkiye and published today, an important change has been made to the conditions for obtaining an authorisation certificate.

Within the scope of the amendments, with the change made to Article 6 of the Regulation, the "high school graduate" requirement sought in authorisation certificate applications has been changed to a "primary education graduate" requirement.

For the relevant Regulation;

• Primary school graduates will be able to take the Motor Land Vehicles Sales and Purchase Officer Vocational Qualification exam.

• If they pass the exam, they will be able to apply for an authorisation certificate.

• Candidates who wish to take part in the exam process but are held back by the graduation requirement will also be admitted to the exam.
