Announcement on the High-Income Groups Monitoring and Compliance Program
Within the scope of information forwarded to our Chamber by the Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges of Türkiye (TOBB), the “High-Income Groups Monitoring and Compliance Program” has been put into effect within the framework of analysis work carried out by the Tax Inspection Board of the Ministry of Treasury and Finance.
In line with this work;

Taxpayers who became partners in companies of size levels B1, B2 and B3 during 2025,

Taxpayers who, although outside this scope, made high-value luxury expenditures in 2025,

Taxpayers who made no income declaration in the relevant period or whose declared income is inconsistent with their expenditures
are being assessed within the risk group.
It is important for our members to review their income declarations and financial records in accordance with the relevant legislation in order to avoid possible tax risks.
