Documents and information required for head office transfer procedures of a natural person sole proprietorship

REQUIRED DOCUMENTS

  1. Registry summary to be obtained from the Registry Directorate of the company's former headquarters where it is registered

    (1 original) (Trade Registry Regulation, Article 111)

  2. New Registration Request Petition
  3. Photograph

    (2 copies)

  4. "TAXPAYER VIEWING CERTIFICATE FOR NATURAL PERSONS" from the Tax Office

    (1 original - 1 photocopy)

    This is requested because it cannot be obtained electronically from the Ministry of Finance Tax Offices Automation Project (VEDOP) system.

  5. Natural Person Registration Declaration (for registration with the Chamber)

    or pharmacists registered with the Chamber of Pharmacists must submit to our registry directorate the original registration certificate they obtained from the Chamber of Pharmacists.
