Announcement of the Electronic Commercial Ledger System of the Ministry of Trade of the Republic of Türkiye

Detailed information on the Electronic Commercial Ledger System (ETDS) of the Ministry of Trade of the Republic of Türkiye

The Communiqué on Keeping Commercial Ledgers Unrelated to the Accounting of the Enterprise in Electronic Format, published in the Official Gazette No. 32813 dated February 14, 2025, will enter into force on July 1, 2025.

In order to carry out the procedures relating to the creation, keeping, storage and presentation in electronic format of the commercial ledgers covered by the Communiqué, the Electronic Commercial Ledger System (ETDS) has been prepared by our Ministry, and upon the entry into force of the Communiqué, ETDS will become operational at etds.ticaret.gov.tr.

In this context, our Ministry has prepared a guide document on the operation of ETDS, "ETDS in 100 Questions", and a Roadmap Chart showing which companies are within the scope of the obligation. These documents can be accessed via the links below.
