Request for Information on Investment Areas from the Bartın Provincial Directorate of Industry and Technology
Up-to-date information has been requested on existing and potential investment areas across the province.
In the feedback received from our members during the Professional Committee Meetings held by the Bartın Chamber of Commerce and Industry on 19–20–21 November 2025, it was stated that businesses wishing to invest in our province have difficulty accessing up-to-date information on suitable investment areas. For our members' investment plans to be guided correctly and effectively, it is important that our Chamber holds up-to-date and reliable data on investment areas across the province.
In this context, it has been requested that information on investment areas held by or accessible to the Bartın Provincial Directorate of Industry and Technology be communicated to our Chamber. The information requested includes the block and parcel numbers, surface areas, land use types, ownership status, allocation conditions and occupancy rates of parcels in the Organized Industrial Zone that are available for allocation. In addition, the planning status of the OIZ expansion areas, their boundaries and the technical details of allocable parcels have also been requested.
In addition, it has been requested that the following be shared: publicly owned industrial areas across Bartın province that could be considered for investment purposes and the allocation procedures for these areas; the location, size, zoning and usage information of small industrial or production-oriented allocation areas; and existing datasets (if any) on other areas that can be allocated to investors.
Communicating this information to our Chamber in writing will contribute to the correct guidance of investor requests and to the sound conduct of information activities for our members.
