Official Letter to the Bartın Provincial Directorate of the Ministry of Environment, Urbanization and Climate Change of the Republic of Türkiye on Treasury Properties Suitable for Investment

Up-to-date information on Treasury properties suitable for investment has been requested.

The Bartın Chamber of Commerce and Industry continues its work to support its members' investment planning and to contribute to the sound conduct of investment processes across the province. In this context, up-to-date information has been needed on Treasury properties located within the provincial borders of Bartın that are suitable for the establishment of investment facilities.

The request that the current list of Treasury-owned properties that are suitable for allocation to investments, open to allocation applications or included in investment programs, together with basic information on these properties (location, surface area, zoning status and the like), be shared with our Chamber has been conveyed by official letter to the Bartın Provincial Directorate of the Ministry of Environment, Urbanization and Climate Change.

This request has been made with the aim of strengthening the investment environment across the province, ensuring investors' access to accurate and up-to-date information, and contributing to the effective utilization of public properties.

The Bartın Chamber of Commerce and Industry continues its work in cooperation with the relevant public institutions to support investment processes.
