Request to TOBB and MEYBEM A.Ş. for the National Qualification for Fuel and Autogas Supply and Filling Personnel
An assessment has been requested on national qualification certification processes in the fuel and LPG sector.
During the Professional Committee Meetings held by the Bartın Chamber of Commerce and Industry on 19–20–21 November 2025, significant feedback was received from businesses operating in the field of fuel and LPG sales personnel. In this feedback, it was stated that there is a need for certification for the "Fuel and Autogas Supply and Filling Personnel (Level 3) National Qualification" certificate.
A request for information has arisen as to whether examination and certification activities under this qualification can be carried out in our province, whether it is possible for these activities to be hosted by our Chamber, and what procedures and principles would apply. In addition, clarifying the details of the application processes is important for guiding businesses and employees correctly.
In this context, in line with the needs of businesses operating in the fuel and LPG sector, it has been requested that the Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges of Türkiye and MEYBEM Mesleki Yeterlilik ve Belgelendirme A.Ş. notify our Chamber of their assessments on how certification processes can be carried out.
