Request for Opinion on the Use of TOKİ Plots as Storage Areas
Information has been requested on the legislation and practices concerning the use of TOKİ plots for storage purposes.
In the course of the work carried out by the Bartın Chamber of Commerce and Industry, and in line with requests from businesses operating in our province, a need for information has arisen as to whether some plots owned by TOKİ can be used for storage purposes. Clear and up-to-date information on the matter is needed so that our members can plan their activities in compliance with the legislation and be guided correctly.
In this context, it has been requested that the following be shared with our Chamber: whether plots owned by TOKİ within the provincial borders of Bartın can be considered for use as storage areas; the procedures and principles that would apply if such use is possible; the legislative provisions on allocation, leasing or usage permits; and TOKİ's current practices on the matter.
Sharing the requested information will contribute to the sound conduct of planning in our province and to the correct guidance of our members' investment and operational processes.
