Notarized Board of Directors Resolution on the branch title change

-The resolutions of company bodies submitted to our Trade Registry Directorate by companies that have started keeping their commercial books through ETDS must contain the verification code issued by ETDS. For these resolutions submitted in applications to your directorate, the necessary registration procedure will be carried out after verification in the "Document Verification" section at https://etds.ticaret.gov.tr, and no separate notarial certification will be required for them.

-No notary certification will be required for resolutions adopted in electronic environments (MERSİS and similar applications).
One photocopy each of the documents relating to the head office title change, merger or change of type
In the case of a title change, merger, demerger or change of type carried out at the head office of the company to which the branch is affiliated, if only the head office title changes, it is not necessary to prepare the resolutions and documents specified above. It is necessary to apply to our Directorate with which the branch is registered, enclosing with the petition the Trade Registry Gazette showing the change
If the signature of the chairman/deputy chairman is not on the Board of Directors resolutions, a document (a notarized notice) showing that the request has been made pursuant to Article 392/7 of the Turkish Commercial Code (TTK) must be submitted together with the resolution. Resolutions adopted electronically do not need to be separately certified by a notary
