New Registration of a Municipal Commercial Enterprise

REQUIRED DOCUMENTS

1. Notarized decision taken by the Municipal Council on the establishment of the commercial enterprise

   (1 original – 1 photocopy)

   (The establishment decision must state the title of the commercial enterprise (..............MUNICIPALITY (business activity to be written) ENTERPRISE), its address, its field of activity, the amount of capital allocated, and who is/are authorized to represent the enterprise and in what manner (individually or jointly).)

2. Specimen signature/signature declaration of the person(s) authorized to represent the enterprise

   (If no signature record is held in the databases of public institutions and organisations or the record cannot be obtained, the signatures of the persons concerned are submitted to the directorate either by having them physically notarised or by making a written declaration at any Trade Registry Directorate.) (1 original)

3. Letter of permission from the Ministry of Environment and Urbanization pursuant to Article 71 of the Municipal Law No. 5393

   (1 original - 1 photocopy)

4. Tax Office Display Document of the municipality

   (1 original - 1 photocopy)

5. Tax Office Display Document showing the potential tax number for the economic enterprise

   (1 original - 1 photocopy)

6. Photographs of the officials appointed to the enterprise

   (2 each)

7. For registration with the Chamber: Legal Entity Registration Declaration
8. New Registration Request Petition
