REQUIRED DOCUMENTS

1. Notarized copy of the bylaws/charter/contract, etc. of the institution that will open the economic enterprise

   (1 original - 1 photocopy)

2. Notarized Economic Enterprise Opening Resolution

   (1 original - 1 photocopy)

3. If the permission of an official authority is required to establish a commercial enterprise, the letter showing the permission
4. Notarized general assembly resolution on the most recent election or appointment of the body that made the decision to open the enterprise, confirming that its term of office has not expired

   (1 original - 1 photocopy)

5. Specimen signature/signature declaration of the persons authorized to represent the enterprise

   (If no signature record is held in the databases of public institutions and organisations or the record cannot be obtained, the signatures of the persons concerned are submitted to the directorate either by having them physically notarised or by making a written declaration at any Trade Registry Directorate.) (1 original)

6. Tax Office Display Document of the Relevant Institution

   (1 original - 1 photocopy)

7. Tax Office Display Document showing the potential tax number for the Economic Enterprise

   (1 original - 1 photocopy)

8. Photographs of the authorized persons

   (2 copies)

9. For registration with the Chamber: Legal Entity Registration Declaration
10. New Registration Request Petition
