REQUIRED DOCUMENTS

1. Original or notarized copy of the foundation deed

   (1 original - 1 photocopy)

2. Official document showing that the legal personality of the foundation continues

   (1 original - 1 photocopy)

3. Where the establishment of a commercial enterprise by a foundation is subject to the permission or approval of an official authority, the document relating to such permission or approval

   (1 original – 1 photocopy)

4. Notarized Foundation Economic Enterprise Opening Resolution

   (1 original - 2 photocopies)

5. Notarized copy of the resolution of the competent body concerning the election to office of the foundation managers who adopted the decision on the opening of the enterprise

   (1 original - 1 photocopy)

6. Specimen signature/signature declaration of the persons authorized to represent the enterprise

   (If no signature record is held in the databases of public institutions and organisations or the record cannot be obtained, the signatures of the persons concerned are submitted to the directorate either by having them physically notarised or by making a written declaration at any Trade Registry Directorate.) (1 original)

7. The foundation's tax office display document

   (1 original - 1 photocopy)

8. Tax Office Display Document showing the potential tax number for the economic enterprise

   (1 original - 1 photocopy)

9. Photographs of the persons authorized to represent the enterprise

   (2 each)

10. For registration with the Chamber: Legal Entity Registration Declaration
11. New Registration Request Petition
