Real Estate Sale Notice from Çankaya Municipality

The real estate properties owned by Çankaya Municipality, the details of which are given in the attached notice, will be offered for sale by the sealed bid (auction) method in accordance with Article 36 of the State Tender Law No. 2886.

Detailed information on the properties offered for sale in the tender, the specifications and the application conditions are given in the attached notice, and members wishing to participate in the tender must submit their applications in accordance with the stated procedures and principles.
