Request for Opinion on Unlicensed Training Activities Addressed to the Bartın Provincial Directorate of National Education

Information has been requested regarding the detection of unlicensed training activities and inspection processes.

Within the scope of the Professional Committee Meetings held by the Bartın Chamber of Commerce and Industry on 19–20–21 November 2025, in the feedback received from our members operating in the education sector, extensive complaints were conveyed that unlicensed courses, training activities and similar services are increasing throughout our province. It was stated that this situation leads to unfair competition for licensed businesses and creates risks of harm to citizens who receive these services.

In this context, in line with the requests received from our members, it has been requested that your Directorate's assessments be communicated to our Chamber regarding the work being carried out to detect and inspect persons and businesses conducting unlicensed training activities, the actions planned under the relevant legislation, and the measures envisaged to increase effectiveness in inspection processes.

Sharing the requested information will help the sector operate in compliance with the legislation, and will serve to protect registered businesses and safeguard the public interest.
