REQUIRED DOCUMENTS

  1. Petition
  2. Notarized Partners' Board Resolution

    (For amendments to the articles of partnership, the new form of the amended provision must be shown in the resolution or in its annex.) (1 original, 2 photocopies)

  3. If the amendment concerns the duration clause of the company, a report by an independent certified public accountant showing that the company continues its activity and has preserved its equity, together with the accountant's certificate of activity, must be submitted.
