Documents and information required for general and limited partnership head office transfer procedures

REQUIRED DOCUMENTS

  1. Document under Article 111 of the Trade Registry Regulation (TSY) from the Registry Directorate of the former head office where the company is registered

    (1 original with wet signature or e-signature)

  2. New Registration Request Petition
  3. Legal Entity Registration Declaration for registration with the Chamber
  4. 2 photographs of each partner
  5. Notarized Partners' Board Resolution containing the full text of the new form of the amended head office clause of the articles of partnership

    (1 original, 2 photocopies)
