General and Limited Partnership New Branch Registration

Documents and information required for general and limited partnership new branch registration procedures

REQUIRED DOCUMENTS

  1. Documents to be obtained from the registry directorate where the company head office is registered (TSY Article 120)

    If any, a certified copy of the articles of partnership together with its amendments (TSY Article 120/c - 1 original set). Pursuant to the letter of the Ministry of Trade of the Republic of Türkiye, General Directorate of Domestic Trade, dated 16.07.2020 and numbered 50035491-431.04-E-00055737950, if the articles of partnership (together with amendments) can be accessed through announcements published electronically in the Turkish Trade Registry Gazette, a certified copy of the articles of partnership will not be requested.

  2. New Registration Request Petition
  3. Legal Entity Registration Declaration for registration with the Chamber
  4. Two photographs of each branch manager
  5. Specimen signature/signature declaration of the branch manager(s)

    (If no signature record is held in the databases of public institutions and organisations or the record cannot be obtained, the signatures of the persons concerned are submitted to the directorate either by having them physically notarised or by making a written declaration at any Trade Registry Directorate.) (1 original)

  6. Regarding the branch opening; notarized Partners' Board Resolution

    (This resolution must clearly state the branch's trade name, capital, line of business, full address, representatives and manner of representation.) (1 original - 1 photocopy)
